All the problems in the world, all doubts, fears, hardships - just let everything go, put your thoughts, feelings - on "passage", free yourself from all the ballast that you carry around with you every day that doesn't let you rest, not sleep that keeps you busy, every day, year in, year out. You have to create your own little breaks in between, a little oasis of calm where you can withdraw from all the physical and mental noise that surrounds you day after day and sometimes assails you when you wake up in the morning. Just float with your head and heart in the clouds, follow their forms as they dissolve or pile up, look at everything from above, then everything becomes so small and unimportant, even yourself and you're flywing away...
